The Little Willie is an eighteen foot barge, I call it a Shanty Boat.
I started this project in the spring of 2006 but due to hot weather and having some parts removed from my old body it has been a slow go.
I don't know any thing about boat building so I just make it up as I go along.
The frames for the hull are 2 X 4, they are covered with 3/8 in. exterior grade pine plywood The hull was painted with the material they use to spray bed liners in pickups. Expensive. Probably could covered it with fiberglass for less money but have never tried to use fiberglass , will have to learn.
